Day 7 ~ Our last day at the beach! Estella is adorable and so sweet to Max. She tried so hard to put Max's collar on his neck so he would be ready to go to the beach....

We had fun with this activity...water color painting in the sand...

As you can see, Max is a born Salty Dog. He loved being at the beach...

Estella even loved being rinsed off with the water hose - "more please"...

Everyone got hosed off...

So this was our attempt at a beautiful family picture. Usually we take thousands of these and have the luxury of choosing the best ones....BUT - it rained hours before and we were getting eaten alive by mosquitos and gnats and had to dash back to the house after only 1 or 2 pictures. Luckily we got a few pictures where everyone (even Max) was smiling at the camera! YAY!

Estella is a genious..she discovered how to turn this float into a creative and fun seat. We thought it was adorable!

Day 6 ~ You know you're on vacation when you spend the morning at the pool and the afternoon at the beach. This girl loves some watermellon!

Day 5 ~ Lots of pool-time today. Estella loves to jump off the side of the pool, float in her swimmies and ride in her floats...she had a blast and so did we!

Day 4 ~ Another day at the beach. We had a blast but unfortunately didn't take time to take pictures of everything. The ocean was very calm today so we spent a lot of time in it...swimming or on a float...even Max swam a couple of times. Who knew he was such a good swimmer?!

We arrived late Saturday evening and had two days of rain. We woke up to sunny skies on Monday morning and spent the day at the beach. Estella LOVED every bit of it...the sun, the sand and the surf!
